Procedures

  1. The applicant shall fill out the application form in the Natural Gas Directorate/ Studies Division, and the application shall be submitted to the Ministry’s divan for registration and giving it an incoming number and returning the application to the Natural Gas Directorate.
  2. A letter shall be prepared to the Department of Lands and Survey for conducting the appropriate procedures duly and according to the established laws for completing the required procedure. 

Required Documents

  • Copy of registration document.
  • Copy of a chart for the track of the gas pipeline in the land plot.
  • Copy of ID of the concerned party. 

Persons benefiting from the service

Applicants whose parts of their lands were acquired for the natural gas pipeline project.
